EZSTAX LLC is a design firm run by husband and wife team Joe and Sami Kuipers and located in Sarasota, Florida. EZSTAX is focused on designing products that make people's lives easier.

RETURN INFORMATION:

We will gladly accept returns on orders that are 30 days or less old (based on delivery date).  If you need to return your EZSTAX, please email us at info@ezstax.com and request a return from the email you placed the order from together with your order number.  Do not call us as we cannot process returns that way.  Please do not return product before contacting us for a return authorization.  Unopened EZSTAX can be returned for a full refund and opened EZSTAX not damaged by the customer can be returned for a full refund less a 10% re-packaging fee.  Refunds do not include refunds for shipping costs paid.  Return postage paid by the customer.  Please be sure to put your order number or the email address you ordered with in the box when you return.
